Before You Order

All supplements and over-the-counter products should be reviewed with your healthcare provider prior to purchase to ensure they are appropriate for your individual health needs.

Shipping Policy

• We ship anywhere within the lower 48 states.
• All orders are shipped using standard delivery. Flat-rate shipping: $8.00 per order.
• Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
• You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped.

Return & Exchange Policy

To maintain the integrity and safety of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason other than:

• Defective products,
• or An incorrect item shipped in error.

If you receive a defective or incorrect item:

• You must report the issue within 72 hours of delivery.
• Please provide your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.
• Upon verification, we will arrange for a replacement or correction.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and quality assurance, we cannot accept returns of:

• Opened or used products
• Products not in original condition
• Products reported after the 72-hour window
• Products ordered in error by the customer
