Or if you prefer not to wear a mask please have your order shipped or stay in your car and we will bring your medication to you.
We are asking all our patients to take advantage of lowered cost shipping during this Pandemic!
You can also use our No Charge Curbside Delivery (temporary service) where upon your phone call or text, our staff will deliver your medication and over the counter supplements to your car. Please provide payment information via phone call if you like to utilize either services.
We also recommend patients to fill 90 days’ supply if possible, to reduce exposure. If you are receiving a new prescription or have question on your refill or over the counter supplements, one of our pharmacist will be glad to consult you over the phone.
Everyone’s cooperation is much appreciated and vital to help to protect the safety of the public.
Also, please give us at least 72 business hours for your refills to be processed as we are getting a lot of calls and trying to get every prescription out in a timely manner.
Due to the severity of the circumstances and cases reported in Northern California, Innovative Compounding Pharmacy is taking extra steps to prioritize our patient safety.
We wipe and clean our counters, door handles, cash registers touch pads, and surfaces every 30 minutes.
We also ask our employees to was their hands every hour and after any contact. All our employees are wearing mask at all times. We are not shaking hands at this time so please don’t take it personal, as this is for your safety.
